We want you to love your tea — not just sip it out of obligation. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.


🫖 1. Our 7-Day Promise

If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason — maybe the flavor didn’t vibe with you, or you just changed your mind — contact us within 7 days of receiving your tea. We’ll gladly arrange a refund or exchange.


💌 2. How to Start a Refund

Simple: send an email to contact@tastea.ai with your order number and a short note about what went wrong.
You’ll be chatting directly with me, Wei Zhen, the founder — no bots, no ticket systems, just a real conversation.


📦 3. Returns

Please chat with us first before sending anything back. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, but we’ll help guide you through the process to make it smooth and quick.


💳 4. Refund or Exchange

You can choose between:

  • A refund to your original payment method, or

  • An exchange for another tea or box of equal value.

Once your return is received and checked, we’ll process the refund within 5–7 business days.


🌿 5. Final Sip

We care about every cup that leaves our hands. So if your tea didn’t meet your expectations — even just by a little — please let us know. We’ll fix it faster than you can say Da Hong Pao.
